Hello and welcome to FlapJackKids wholesale website

Becoming a FlapJackKids retailer

• If you are a US retailer and would like to apply to open a wholesale account with FlapJackKids, please fill out our registration form. Your application will be reviewed within 1-2 business days and if approved, you will receive an email with a link to activate your wholesale account.

Already a customer but don't yet have an account on our new wholesale website?  

• Please contact us at info@bravotextiles.com and we will be happy to set up an account for you on our website.
• A new account may have already been set up for you. Please check your spam folder for an activation email or contact us and we will resend an activation link.

Placing Orders

Website

• Please log into your account to view our wholesale prices and place orders. 
• Logged in users will have access to our Quick Order Form.
• Orders normally ship within 3 business days. 
• In some cases, larger orders may require a shipping adjustment. If this is the case, we will contact you promptly after you place your order and provide an accurate quote for your approval.

Email

• If you would prefer to submit your order via email, please send it to info@bravotextiles.com. A team member will be in touch very soon to confirm your order and arrange online payment.

Faire Marketplace

• You can also order from us on the Faire wholesale marketplace. If you are new to Faire and order with us, you'll receive $100 off your first order, net 60 terms, free returns on your first order and free shipping for an entire year.

Terms

• Our minimum order value is $150. Minimum quantity is 2 units per SKU.
• We do not allow unauthorized third party selling on Amazon, eBay, Zulily, Etsy or any other marketplaces.

Returns

• If you receive a product you believe to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order at info@bravotextiles.com or 1-888-625-2310. Following a review, we will arrange to send replacement product to you free of charge.
• Items sent back to us without pre-authorization will not be accepted.

Please order through our Canadian wholesale distributor www.kidcentral.ca.

International Retailers
